Congratulations to all of last years Year 11 who achieved excellent exam results this summer. Overall the school achieved a pass rate of 54% for 5 GCSE’s, or the equivalent, at Grade C or above, of which 16% included English and Maths. This is a tremendous achievement on the part of our former pupils who worked extremely hard. To view the 2007 exam results please click on the read more link below. |

 New Science Department – Work on the new Science department is now drawing to a close. The school has spent over £1/2 million this summer putting a new roof on to the top of Lovett Building and completely refurbishing the science department on the floor below. This work will greatly improve the learning environment for both students and staff in future years.

It was announced that the Headteacher of St Luke’s School, Portsmouth Mrs Krysia Butwilowska has been selected as a prestigious ‘National Leader of Education’ and the school as a ‘National Support School’. 
The 24hr school has been introduced to give teachers and students remote access to their user accounts from anywhere at any time of the day. Students can start their work in the school day and finish their work at home without having to use floppy disks or other media to move their work between their school and home computers.
